They have two factories in the USA and one in Denmark, and these three factories produce mattresses and pillows for the entire world using the iconic and unique Tempur material, which improves sleep and quality of life for millions of people.
At the factory in Aarup, on the island of Funen in Denmark, Orloff provides clothing and shoes for their 300 employees. Orloff has been a supplier to Tempur since 2019.
Reduced time spent on internal clothing administration
Previously, Tempur spent a significant amount of time on clothing administration and handling employee inquiries about the assortment, sizes, and other related matters.
The collaboration with Orloff has streamlined the process, as they now use Orloff as a sparring partner to obtain the correct clothing that complies with the established guidelines, with a focus on comfort and quality.
In cooperation with Orloff, Tempur organizes an annual clothing and shoe event at the factory, where employees can try on clothing and shoes, get measured, and receive personalized advice on the appropriate selection of workwear and footwear within the overall assortment.
The information for each employee is recorded in Tempur's own webshop, so that during the next clothing purchase, both the employee and the manager can see exactly what is needed and in which size.
We streamline the process with custom-packaged clothing
Once an employee has placed an order using the allocated points, the manager approves it, and the order is sent to Orloff, where we handle and individually package the clothing. This makes it easy to distribute the clothing to each employee upon arrival at the factory.
Overall, Tempur experiences excellent customer service from Orloff. They are always responsive to any issues and consistently strive to resolve them satisfactorily.
